Dark, roasted and jam packed full of flavour. Actually it’s very difficult to describe as the characteristics change so much the longer it is allowed to condition for. At its peak it is so rich you feel like asking if it will lend you a tenner.

An absolute belter and far better than when I had it from the bottle a few years ago. Cask conditioned, what more can I say?!
Liquid chocolate with hints of nut and caramel.
Lovely drop!

Quite robust for a mild, really strong flavours coming through. Fresh bread, caramel and toffee sweetness dominate.

Tastes like a stout to me but not worse for it. A lovely little stout.
