This beer takes inspiration from great brewing traditions of the past, wherein farm-based brewers used the ingredients of their homeland. Here in the Midwest, we grow a lot of wheat. We started with a wheat-forward, creamy, malt body. Still nodding our head at tradition, we bring in some classic European hop character, and then add our distinctively American signature.
