To mix things up I've had my 'deserved' drink on the way home from Manchester in the superb Beermoth. And even better, I've been joined by my brother who lives locally. It's a top combination of beards and beer. This is described as a mixed fermentation farmhouse with rhubarb and mosaic hops. It's a hazy gold colour with hearty vegetables and fresh grass on the nose. It tastes light and sour with some added punch and a mild tang. Very refreshing and drinkable - but probably not for everyone. I'll be drinking more and looking out for this brewery again.
