Inedit was created in 2008 by Damm’s master brewers, Ferran Adrià and the team of sommeliers at elBulli. It was brewed to pair with a wide variety of culinary creations, even the most complicated citrus-based dishes or ones with bitter notes It is a unique blend of malt barley and wheat, flavoured with coriander, licorice and orange zest making it a one-of-a-kind beer.

Schwer zu bewerten, da das Bier für 5 Sterne Gerichte ausgelegt wurde, wo ich die Leichtigkeit des Bieres verstehe. Aber nüchtern betrachtet schmeckt es nach Witbier und Weizen. Es wurde mit irgendeinen Starkoch und eines Sternerestaurants kreiert. Geschmacklich Koriander und Orangenschale. Prost.
