5.5% Spiced Beer
Slightly spicy red ale with a balanced backbone of hops and lightly caramelised malts. On nose the dry smokiness of cayenne pepper bullies the aromas of gentle Amarillo hops and malted barley aside. But a playful caramel reigns on the tongue, leaving the pepper to just nudging the throat to leave the aftertaste to the fruity bitterness of the hops.

Kirkas meripihka. Nopea vaahto, ohut puolipeite , 2mm reunus. Kevyen viskinen tuoksu, jossa myös kuivaa chiliä, sekä neilikkaa. Maku pehmeä, piparkakkuinen (vaikka pipars ei tässä sitä tarkoita), neilikkainen, jopa hieman kanelinen. Cayenne nousee kevyesti keskellä, ei tulisena vaan mausteisena. Vahvahko tamminen sävy. Olisin toivonut vähän potkua cayannesta. Muuten ihan kiva, ei suuri. Osuu panimon profiiliin, keskiverto-oluita, vaikka potentiaalia olisi.
