The "Hopfenweisse" offers both a bouquet of yeast and hops: the scent of banana, ripe apples and honey. The hops contribute herbal-green moments, which resemble dill. Full-bodied with almost oily impressions to the palate. Fruity body with lingering sweetness, noticeable hop notes, long bitter finale: multilayered, intense, fruity-sweet.

Heute das Weizenbock IPA von Lemke.
Ein trübes orangefarbenes Bräu mit feiner cremefarbener Haube.
Es riecht sehr schön fruchtig. Süße Aprikose.
Erst ist es weiterhin fruchtig süß. Das aprikosenaroma schlägt dann schnell ins bittere um es schließt dann trocken ab. Geschmacklich bleibt es lang am Gaumen. Bittere und Frucht. Die 7,0 wärmen schon.
Sehr sehr köstlich.!

"Das IPA für Weißbierfreunde" steht auf der Flasche. Mit einem IPA hat das Bier allerdings wenig zu tun. Kaum fruchtig, aber dafür kommt die Alkoholkante im Geschmack deutlich durch.

Nyt ollaan mielenkiintoisen äärellä. Vehnäinen Pukki ja vielä IPA. Tuoksu mieto. Rungossa hieman kermaisuutta. Maku hienosti Weizz ja IPA rintarinnan. Ja lopun kruuna IPA:n jälki karvaus.

Pullosta laskeutuu kaunis olut lasiin muodostaen asiallisen vaahdon.
Etiketin teksti weizenbock ja ipa herätti pelonsekaisen mielenkiinnon.
Ensin maussa tervehtii banaanin pehmeys jota seuraa jälkimaussa ipan tuttu kevyt karvaus.
Aikani makusteltuani tätä komboa todettava varovasti että tykkään...
