Sauna warming beer. Not sure if a Belgian Strong Dark Ale serves this purpose well but here we go. Looks relatively opaque. Maybe it's transparent because of the color or maybe it is, indeed, hazy. Anyway, the hue is dark brown. The introverted carbonation creates an off-white velvety lacing that retreats soon to the sides. Caramel, sweet dark malt, raw cacao powder and a sigh of dark plum constitute the olfactory provision. Let me sip. Tastes even a couple of decimals sweeter than what the fragrance suggests. Dark malt, yes. Sweet-leaning, for sure. Caramel, dark chocolate, cacao nibs, cookie and dark plum peel follow right on its footsteps. A marginal alcoholic tang looms in the shadows. The body is medium-full. The end doesn't change the trajectory from the beginning. The sensation is medium-full, a tad deep, lip-glueing but later also drying. I mean in the aftertaste. Modestly alcoholic. Belgiany — sort of. Delivers.

Kuohkea 2 sormen paksuinen vaahto tumman ruskeassa sameassa, virkistävässä ja kuivaavissa oluessa. Hedelmäinen, rusinaa ja mausteiden sekamelskan makua. Ihan mukava juotava kuitenkin. Hedelmäinen ja mausteinen.

Reilunsormenleveyden verran luonnonvalkoista lähes kellanruskeaa vaahtoa kirkkaan punaruskean oluen yllä joka tuoksuu kepeän belgisen karamellisen toffeisen omenaisen maltaiselle ja maistuu kuivan katkerahkon belgisen pippurisen yrttisen maltaiselle, kolme ja puoli bojoo. PE: 04.12.28.

Ddm:03/27 Mousse blanche fine voir inexistante et une couleur jaune clair et sa pétille bien.c'est doux et peu sec un peu plus tard mais leger sa un petit goût pas mal je sait pas ce que sait.pour une 8% sa passe nickel.sent pas les épices dommage.la cassonade se sent aussi mais bon c'est pas trop doux non plus

Rien d'exceptionnel on s'attend qu'une bière belge à 8 degrés soit plus savoureuse
