This is one of my favorite beers. Always good and smooth.

This has a biscuity and a little grainy malt. Has a very light hops presence that adds just a tad of fruit to it. I mainly got lemon at first but then started picking up some tropical fruit about 1/2 way thru. Overall this more on the malty side. Has some fruit but this is far from a fruit beer. A pretty decent beer.

Rest day at the 34th SOTS Reunion. Ryan and I are having a beer share at the rental house, a Shiner that I have had before. High head, plenty of effervescence. Light yellow, mild on flavor. Citrus of lemon and other fruits. Nothing familiar or exceptional. Just OK.

Heerlijk frisse ale

Light head that disappears quickly. Bottle says tropical but I don't taste that. The dry part I agree with. A little bitter but the finish is fast and gone.

Some might say it's as good as... you know.
