Очень интересный эль. Травянисто-цитрусовый, больше всего напоминает чай, да, ноты зелёного чая с корочками смеси цитрусов. Горечь явно ниже чем заявленные 50 единиц. Новаторская обработка хмеля, рад что ребята развиваются. A very interesting ale. Herbaceous and citrusy, most reminiscent of tea—yes, green tea notes with hints of mixed citrus peels. Bitterness is clearly lower than the stated 50 units. Innovative hop processing; I'm glad these guys are making progress.
