Life is a beach. Indeed! Today is a hot and humid day – beach is self-evident after hours of sweating of renovation and garden work 🏖️
The beer is dressed in misty, bright yellow. Astonishingly pale, like lemon juice. Normal carbonation. A cloud-white head that exceeds one finger and dissipates quickly to a gossamer lace ring.
Citruses in the fragrance, bags of them actually: lemon zest, grapefruit pulp, a tad orange and a proposal of grass. Further down the road, I can spot canned mandarin, I'm not particularly thrilled with it but whatever.
The taste profile is relatively citrusy, definitely not sweet-leaning but rather on the bitter side. Grapefruit pulp and pith, lemon zest, a bit of orange, grass and faint pine resin can be spotted among the flavors. Not sure about green grape... it may be there or maybe not?
The body is light-medium. A bit on the light side for the ABV. Finishes with bitter citrusy notes, pine needle and grass.
The mouthfeel is light-medium, zesty, pithy, dry and drying. Refreshing, balanced and quaffable.

Dez belles notes d'agrumes, sur les fruits jaune. Belle amertume puissante avec une bonne prise en bouche. Prend bien en bouche avec une petite épaisseur. Très agréable avec ces chaleurs.
