
Venom Hell is a blended golden sour beer aged on 400 kg of local Scottish blueberries, 10 kg of Nigerian hibiscus, and 4 kg of Tanzanian vanilla. Brewed with Golden Promise malt, wheat, and oats, it was fermented with Brettanomyces and a house culture for three months, resulting in a balanced, tart beer featuring notes of blueberry cobbler, hibiscus, vanilla, and ripe stone fruit.
