Good grief, this is exceptional. It honestly doesn’t taste like beer, it’s more akin to a slightly sour dry cider… but then the hint of beer is in the background reminding you of the pedigree of this ale. It hits with blackberry and blackcurrant, both seem tempered with the addition of blueberry. It’s a pure summertime beer that would be best enjoyed after a barbecue, relaxing in the sun. The brewery need to make this a mainstay. It has an edge of a Dutch fruity beer that rhymes with Mike.
