Our cook tonight commences in about an hour here at Whiskey River Ranch for the 36th annual SOTS reunion. Started in 1986 and still going although we missed a few years. Sipping On Texas Suds is now famous around here for our annual t-shirts and crazy antics. This is another beer that someone brought but not entered into the contest. Has a deep antique brass color, completely clear, head was huge the calms down quickly. Has a biting Amber malt flavor with hot bitterness that dominates the middle. Finish is a toasted bitter toffee.
