We are at Whiskey River Ranch in Texas for our annual SOTS reunion. This is our 36th gathering on the Guadalupe river. This is entry number eight into our best beer contest. This Temptress series has always been excellent. Dubai Chocolate has a lot of potential. Strong amaretto aroma, medium level thickness. Dark chocolate, amaretto, the pistachios are there, and the finish gives that dark chocolate dry bitterness that's excellent. Nothing artificial. Only drawback is it might be just a little too sweet, unusual for me to say that. I love this beer but Ryan feels the amaretto was too strong. I love it anyway. My favorite so far.
