A blonde ale blended with 10% fresh press apple cider juice and aged in a Crown Royal barrel. The blending of this ale in the barrel triggers an additional fermentation from the resident yeast. The result is a pleasantly tart and refreshing ale with bourbon and wood laden aromas. Approximate abv 6.5%
