Comme une DIPA DDH de chez Popihn, Yonne, 89. Collaboration avec Cambier. Un excellent nectar de Dolcita. Saveurs d'agrumes et d'abricot. Texture soyeuse. Belle longueur. Du haut niveau.

Une nez moyennement intense de fruits exotiques doux. Une bouche ronde et amère sur les fruits exotiques murs. Pas transcendant pour le style.

This is an interesting encounter: hopped with Dolcita, formerly known as HBC 1019. A tropical nectar anticipated! Looks like something between lucid and cloudy. The color is like mandarin juice. The carbonation is a bit nervous, and I can witness a white fluffy head rising two fingers high. The foamy crown shrinks soon to a really messy lacing and sprays the glass with dense cobwebs. The nose receives mandarin pulp and mushy apricot. Included sweet lactose and a creamy slam. Orange zest, coconut flakes and a whisper of mint bubblegum can also be added to the list. The tongue verifies that juicy journey: mandarin dominates, orange and apricot follow right at its footsteps. Cream is evident although a bit overshadowed by the ripe fruitiness. Faint coconut but no bubblegum. Lactose remains relatively copious. The body is medium-full to full. The sweetness disturbs my assessment though. The end is identical to upfront. The mouthfeel is medium-full, juicy, pulpy, tropical and ripe. Soft, smooth and marginally lip-glueing. Nice although could show more character.
