I bought this when visiting the brewery - can only get at the brewery. It is a BA. This has a strong bourbon taste, a lot of oak with light vanilla, dark fruit, dark chocolate and burnt brown sugar. It’s sweet with a little bitterness. Gets better as it warms. Overall this was nice but a little harsh - especially at first. Definitely better as it warms. I think this is one that if you age it that it will improve a lot by giving it some time to sit. Unfortunately I don’t have the patience for that. Once I have it I want it soon. I’m like a kid in the candy store. The longest I’ve ever aged a beer was 6 months. It drive me nuts and then I gave in. No date.
