Le nez est assez classique, caramélisé. En bouche on s'attend à plus de présence alcoolique vu le degré (17,5%), mais au final on est plutôt sur la rondeur, généreuse quand même ! L'amertume finale vient durcir un peu le tableau.

Hur gömmer man en alkoholhalt på 17,5 %. Här är svaret Omako Bosoa. Trots alkohol halten så har man lyckats dölja den en hel del. Något känner man, men inte mycket. Ordentlig kropp med choklad o kaffe mm. Väldigt fin doft och krämig i munnen. Konsten att dölja alkohol trots att det är en smakbärare är otroligt bra gjort. Despite the alcohol content, they have managed to hide it quite a bit. You can feel something, but not much. Decent body with chocolate and coffee etc. Very nice aroma and creamy in the mouth. The art of hiding alcohol even though it is a flavor carrier is incredibly well done. Maybe not worth a five but it is very well made so why not.

Une bombe atomique à 17,5% 😱😱......une collaboration basco newyorkaise entre Basqueland et Finback pour les 10 ans de la brasserie Basque, et au programme c est du lourd,d un noir profond , un pétrole epais et liquoreux aux notes de chocolat noir 100% cacao de café epais et de vanille bourbon , c est hyper goûteux , le côté alcool est biensur très présent mais apporte du corps et du cœur à ce bonbon ,un régal à déguster avec modération.......ca chauffe derrière les oreilles 🤣🙏
