Our brewers joined their counterparts from other breweries again in September 2025 to explore the Hereford and Worcester hop farms on a day of hop industry updates and brewer networking. This year, the guys have chosen Ernest as the hop variety for this pale ale. Expect complex flavours and predominantly fruity notes of apricot, citrus and spice.

Another decent drink from Oakham with a nice fruity aroma. It has a fruity taste with a subtle hoppiness mixed in, along with a slight spicy note leading to a subtle sweet finish, making it enjoyable. It's a smooth and easy-drinking session ale, especially quaffable.
