The previous beer experience remained wanting. Maybe this changes the trajectory. It's a 🇱🇺/🇫🇮 collaboration, hope it's a good sign. The beer shows a cloudy, pale amber appearance. A velvety off-white foam that exceeds one finger and dissipates to a billowy upward-bending lace ring. Nectarine is ample in the air. Mango, canned mandarin, blood orange, faint caramel, as well. Seems to be geared in a heavier direction. Oat flakes are obviously in the maltbase. Yes, quite sweet it is. The gustatory mixture offers massive nectarine, apricot, mango and mandarin. Indeed, a heavy punch. Canned fruity, or like jam. Grass, a proposal of resin, supportive oat flakes and biscuit complete the journey. Almost... a distant alcoholic tang tries to break into the cocktail. The mouthfeel is medium-full to full, stuffy, heavy, jam-like, closed, pulpy, tropical and juicy. Marginally alcoholic. Okay, better than the earlier beer but still far from phenomenal.
