Tomato, bell pepper, garlic and onion dance on the tongue together with sparkling lemon zest and even a touch of orange pulp. Blackpepper and medium-strong chili capsaicin seal the deal this time. The body is full. Maybe confused by the other elements of the taste profile. The finish is both salty and marginally sweet at the same time. The basic soup/stew-like impression is intensive. The sensation is full, thick, soup-like, vegetal, spiced and spicy. Piquant and savory. Attractive piece.
