Comme une NEIPA DDH de chez Popihn, Yonne, 89. Toujours la grande classe. Cette brasserie possède un don pour sublimer les arômes houblonnés. C'est très expressif et c'est tant mieux. Merci encore maître Popihn.

Du bonheur made in Popihn. Une NEIPA assez puissante, aux jolies notes fruitées, citronnées, le houblonnage est très arômatique, l'amertume modérée mais si agréable, on a un bel équilibre, encore une belle réussite de cette excellente brasserie.

C'est très goutu mais pas épais. Il y a une bonne amertume. Ça part plus vers les fruits a noyaux type pêche nectarine. C'est très Bon
