Hazy, deep mango yellow beer. The carbonation is a bit introverted and releases a white velvety head that exceeds two fingers. The foamy crown dissipates gradually to a billowy lacing.
The olfactory side releases green grape, white wine, grass and lemon pith. The hop is easily recognizable here. Wheat malt is certainly in the baseline.
The gustatory sphere offers white wine, green grape, orange pith, carambola, green apple and a hint of raw green gooseberry. Slightly grassy. The wheaty foundation is obvious.
The body is light. The white wine elements intensity beautifully in the tail.
The mouthfeel is light, juicy, subtle, distantly vinous, a bit crisp and slightly drying. A very successful Nelson Sauvin forward brew. 💛💛
