Sunday evening's beer, swedish pils. Hazy yellow beer, orange tint in the color. At first ample amount of sticky foam, settles fast. Scent has clearly pilsy characteristic with notes of herbs, but also fruity that is not typical for pils. Taste leans to dry, hoppy side, feeling of drying gums. Grass and herbs can be found, but also flavor of citrus fruit peels, making this pils have similarity with pale ales. Nevertheless, pleasant acquaintance.

Aika vahva humalointi ja puraiseva katkero pilssiin saatu. Pientä viljaa saatu myös makuun.
