Comme une NEIPA DDH de chez Popihn, Yonne, 89. Pas de surprise, Popihn excelle dans le genre. Celle-ci le confirme avec une texture bien ronde et des arômes très forts en agrumes, pamplemousse et fruits tropicaux. Équilibre, longueur, on est sur du haut niveau. Un délice.

Je crois pas avoir déjà goûté des NEIPA DDH, mais c'est un combo bien efficace. Ça ajoute une touche bien fraîche et herbacée après l'explosion de saveurs tropicales, vraiment sympa comme recette
