Decent drink. I'm struggling to get any aroma as I'm flued up. It has a creamy mouthfeel, a malty taste with a subtle caramel-like sweet note to finish. There is a slight bitter aftertaste, but it is enjoyable. Overall, it's a smooth and easy-drinking session ale.

JDW Beer Festival, October 2025. Dark Ruby coloured with a hint of coffee and spice in the flavour. Nice, enjoyable Dark Ale.
