Another beer only at the brewery, a cranberry version of the Tank 7. Ryan and I are having a blast here. Beautiful clear peach color. Frothy head is meringue in thickness. Such a nice sweet cranberry flavor and not artificial at all. Then......it hits you with a slap across the face with a bitter shockwave. From sweet to bitch in 2 seconds. Ouch! The pallet does slowly acclimate but that intense bitterness never goes away. Early flavor is great but such a finish is tough to deal with.
