At Whiskey River Ranch with family. We are enjoying beers tonight to celebrate my sister Charlotte. This is fruity ale that has a snowstorm haze. Aroma and taste is the same. The guave. Pineapple and orange are all apparent. Almost no bitterness. Alchol is hidden. I could enjoy this at anytime, even breakfast. Balanced, smooth and awesome.

Not bad. Fizz of a soda and close to Austrian beer

Another rest day beer share with Ryan. SOTS 34 is going strong with 76 people on Saturday night and 65 on Sunday night. Another radler to ease us into another night of fun. Rumors abound as to what the evening may be. Very hazy pastel yellow, ginger rises from the glass, lemon drop adds to a light and refreshing anticipation. All comes together in flavor and crisp texture. Not really feeling like beer but a simple drink.

After a very long and exhausting drive I've made it to Houston. Son-in-law has plenty of beer waiting on me. We're going to start out with a Boulevard Witbier. Modest head, hazy gold color, aroma has cloves and a definite wheat malt. Strong flavor from this Double batch. I'm sure this is a good example of the category but just not my favorite style. Clove is dominant, banana in the background, starts sweet but turns sour and dry in the finish.
