Patterns // Laura Slater // Azacca Pale Ale
4.1% Pale Ale - New England
Azacca hazy pale. One of our favourite and most underrated hop varieties (named after the Haitian god of agriculture!). It brings a particularly spicy flavour along with plenty of mango, pineapple and passion fruit, some dankness and a hint of mandarin. We back it up with a touch of Mosaic, which brings and extra depth of sweet tropical notes.

Nice fruity aroma. Creamy mouthfeel with a nice hoppiness mixed in. Strong fruity flavour, like a liquidized fruit salad, but with a subtle tropical fruit twist. Slight bitter finish, but enjoyable. Smooth and easy-drinking session ale.

It pours a hazy, golden colour with a frothy, white head. Nice hoppy aroma and taste. Light on the palate.
