This is like a proper West Coast IPA on steroids. Strong pine with citrus and tropical flavours, super fresh tasting. Hits the right buttons for me.

Northern Monk, top brewers and this Heaven has been popular for some time, this particular one is the 2025 supermarket canned version at 8.4%, there is a 3 year barrel aged version somewhere (11.5% - 12.5%), which would be a treat to taste. Drinking this immediately after Northern Monks Dark Matter, and this one just a little too sweet for me so comes in second to the former.

Hugely satisfying Imperial Stout brewed by one of my favourite brewers Northern Monk in Collaboration with Bristol based Wiper And True. Decent 8.4% ABV makes this rich textured stout a great pint, coffee, dark chocolate, not sweet, just rich and decadent.

Not a bad IPA - definitely heavy on the piney hops. Drinkable and satisfyingly bitter, a good match for 6.5%.

This is more a NEIPA than an IPA. Sometimes I think Northern Monk stick the same beer in the can and slap a different label on it. Having said that, who cares when the beer is this good. Another delightful 440ml. 😋
