Pirteää sitruunaa ja limeä kera ananaksen ja pienen mangon. Suutuntuma on tosi raikas ja mehuisa pienellä hapolla. Sparky lemon and lime with pineapple and hint of mango. Mouthfeel is really fresh and juicy with bit of acid.

Alright, a second Sparkle. A different series but the same brewery. I like the minimalistic can designs!  🤍 And again, the beer looks seductive: murky, deep yellow with a milky hue. The carbonation is less posh this time, quite normal actually. A creamy off-white head exceeds three fingers and dwindles quickly to a messy lace ring and haze on the top. The olfactory segment is somewhat introverted: I can spot cantaloupe, mango, ice cream and faint banana. Basically, a sexy set but quite subdued though. The gustatory universe is relatively tropical fruity but also moderately grassy. Grapefruit pulp, lime zest, lemon pith, raw pineapple and grass. That's the flavor composition. Lime is surprisingly bold. The body is medium. Reasonable. The tail gets drier where the citrus punch dominates. The sensation is medium, zesty, pithy, a bit crisp, slightly dry and drying. Enjoyable and refreshing but not exactly up to the level of the previous brew.

Bien moins exceptionnelle que la Nelson, cette "Infiniment" reste très agréable, le Motueka est bien plus à son aise je trouve allié à d'autres houblons.
