Running Porter is a beer designed to pair with British territorial cheeses. It's a 5.6% ABV porter, brewed with a blend of Maris Otter, brown, black, chocolate, crystal, and flaked barley malts, and hopped with East Kent Goldings and Bramling Cross. The beer is inspired by the historical "running" beers of the 18th and 19th centuries, which were meant to be enjoyed fresh, unlike "keeping" beers that were aged. This freshness makes it a great match for young, crumbly territorial cheeses

🏴 Un Porter bien équilibré, avec un côté fumé bien présent et une jolie rondeur.
