A non-alcoholic fruit beer. Threat or opportunity? I dread this a bit... Pours crystal clear, honey gold. Limited carbonation. A pure white, fluffy foam emerges on the top, almost one finger tall, and descends gradually to a soft lace ring and haze. A fruity scent. I can spot peach, apricot and passionfruit. Orange and orange peel, as well. Interesting... Not sure if I find anything that reminds me of beer, like malt. Maybe not. Peach and mango land on my tastebuds. Passionfruit and mandarin join the second wave. Juicy, faintly tea-like even. Light-bodied. Is there a maltbody here in the first place? Well whatever. The finish is very short-lived, no change componentwise. Feels light, extraordinarily juicy and tropical. Very unbeery like never before. Difficult to rate. Difficult indeed. I can't do better than this.

On sent bien le côté tropical. Elle est bonne, comme celle avec alcool, mais sans alcool 😅

Étonnant, Très sucrée au premier abord.

Robe blonde translucide, belle pétillance avec de fines bulles, petit col de mousse blanche aérée qui s'estompe lentement en laissant un lacis sur les parois du verre. Arômes de fruits exotiques. Saveurs de pêche, de fruits de la passion (pas détecté l'ananas et la mangue !), trop sucrée ! Ça se boit, mais ce n'est pas une bière, mais bien un soda !
