Beer #1200!!!
Apple, oak, brandy pretty much sums up the aroma. Smells really nice. Taste has wine-like flavors (expected since it's aged in brandy barrels), apple is plentiful, chocolate is present, some caramel, and towards the mid-palate and into the back end the oak comes out. Both apple and brandy linger in the aftertaste. Body is fairly thin, probably about medium-thin with an appropriately lower carbonation. Alcohol is present, but this isn't boozy tasting. One of the most unique stouts I've tried. High 4.5/5
