Mehukatin päärynää. 10e tästä silti liikaa 😅.

It's October and it's time for a pumpkin beer. Ryan found this Prairie Artisan Ales that's 13.9%. This should be an interesting Duo.
After removing the cap you can immediately get maple and then a load of spices with just a little pumpkin on the end. Haven't even poured it yet. Went into the glass heavy and solid, very little head and 40 seconds later there was absolutely nothing. Coming from the company glass, aroma is the same with perhaps more nutmeg. I expected the heavy texture but the abundance of flavor was still intense. Bourbon alcohol, a natural Maple sweetness, Autumn spice with nutmeg, and cinnamon. Then, almost casually, the pumpkin gently slides in to bring it all together. So will balanced. A symphony of flavors flawlessly blended. And just to add a little surprise late in the finish, a ginger cookie waltzes in. It's impossible to enjoy this any other way but in small sips, just too powerful. As it warms, nothing changes. A remarkable consistency.
Recently Prairie has led us down a few times. This one did not. It's excellent and adds to their portfolio of excellent pumpkin stouts. Surprisingly, even my daughter enjoyed it.
