"Strong and compact foam"? Gestattet, dass ich lache. An Schaum war da so gut wie nix. Nicht ganz blank. Sei's d'rum. Zum Geschmack: Der Antrunk ist voll, rund, getreidig, etwas hefig, floral, fast wie ein Helles. Mir fehlt etwas die pilstypische Frische und Schlankheit. Im Haupttrunk entwickelt sich die Bittere eher zaghaft (Hersbrucker, Hallertauer?). Und auch im Nachtrunk könnte sich mehr Aroma entfalten. Geht aber.
