Going to the lighter side today. Starting with a double up. First can - Up front this hits you with some very light herbal hops. Then you pick up some just a touch of melon that is watermelon-ish. Malt showed up when it warmed. It’s kind of doughy with a hint of biscuit. Second can - basically the same results. Herbal hops seemed a little subdued just a bit. The malty side disappeared with a fresh cold can/glass but reappeared as it warmed. Fruit was consistent. Overall I thought this was very weak at first (2.9). It did become more flavorful as it went. Is it the greatest Kolsch no. It’s decent enough that I wouldn’t turn down. Probably better on a really hot day.
