И в итоге вышел маслянистый напиток цвета молодого коньяка, с быстро стаявшей белёсой шапкой. Аромат свежий, бальзамический, с нотами подкопчёного чернослива, зрелого абрикоса, бисквитной выпечки. Нюхать-смаковать полчаса! Кисловатый глоток, шкала кислины не перевалит за середину второй четверти, терпимо, без спазма слюнных желёз) такое мне подходит. Вкус приятный, с выраженно смещаемым профилем в поцессе нагревания. Описать весь - потребуется очень много букв. Особо запомнились перекаты от базилика и садовой вишни к клюкве и мху. Без преувеличения - тут нет цельной композиции, это вкусовой конструктор "Сделай сам" для мозга. Я очень впечатлён. А ещё - полное отсутствие ощущения алкоголя.
