A collaboration with chameleon cold-brew. A strong coffee taste.

Having this after a hard day's work at the Whiskey River ranch in Texas. Food is brown and hot and plenty of it. This is a classic Texas Brewery, Spoetzl Brewery, makers of my all-time favorite, Shiner Bock. High head, mostly white. Clear amber red color. Amber aroma. Lightly carbonated. Thin texture. Taste is of a watered-down lightly sugared coffee. A very faint sweet chocolate on the finish. Okay but more flavor should be added.

On vacation in Houston Texas with my daughter's family. Can't go to Texas without drinking something from Shiner. Not much head. Color is deep amber red, clear. Very faint coffee aroma. Texture is thin and light. Taste is roasted coffee. A little bitter in the middle with some sweet chocolate notes in the finish.

It's just okay. Not that great of a coffee flavor, head was fizzy and went away quickly. Will drink it but definitely would never get again. Glad i only got one.
