Tunnetaan myös nimellä Rock Blanc. Persikalla ja passionilla maustettu suodattamaton vehnäolut. Maku on äärimmäisen raikas, hedelmäinen, vehnäinen ja pehmeän kaurainen. Tuoksu on erittäin hedelmäinen, hieman sitruksinen ja mukaansa tempaava.

Tuoksu on raikkaan persikkainen. Maku on raikas, mutta samalla todella laimea. Hieman persikkaa ja tölkissä mainittua korianteria, muttei muuta. Hieman pettymys tämä Witbier / Blanc.
