So. What do I have in the glass? Looks almost fully hazy, pale yellow. The carbonation behaves obediently but manages to unlock a creamy head that shoots up to three fingers. The foamy crown melts hastily to a messy lace ring and a fragile haze on the top. The scent is a bit controversial: on one hand, it's slightly metallic; on the other, I can pick fruity nuances, even tropical ones. The fruits include lemon, grapefruit, cantaloupe and mango, why not a small amendment of pineapple, too. But, like I said, it's confused with a disturbing metallic tang. The tastebuds pick lemon zest, grapefruit peel and pith, marginal pineapple and an equally modest hint of carambola. A slight metallic hint looms here, as well. Unfortunately, the gustatory package fails to reach the level I was looking for. The body is thin. The aftertaste offers lemon and grapefruit, all parts of them. The end is a narrower echo of the actual taste. The mouthfeel is thin, zesty, refreshing, a bit dry, drying and faintly metallic. Pretty similar to yesterday's Albino Pasta but loses by a small margin.
