Il 2024 è stato un anno di grandi sbalzi di temperatura nella nostra cantina, contribuendo a concentrare i composti aromatici e conferendo caratteristiche uniche soprattutto alle botti di vino, di Porto e di Rum Caroni. Queste sono le botti che abbiamo principalmente utilizzato per creare Mansueto 2024. Il colore ambrato intenso si accompagna a profumi ricchi di frutta matura come fichi e prugne, con tocchi di miele e spezie dolci. Al gusto, troviamo strati di caramello e vaniglia, arricchiti da note di rovere, cacao e una leggera tostatura. Il finale è lungo, armonioso, con l’immancabile tocco piccante finale che riscalda e spicca ancora di più rispetto alle altre annate, rendendo quest’annata unica per struttura, equilibrio e potenza. 2024 was a year of great temperature changes in our cellar, helping to concentrate the aromatic compounds and giving unique characteristics especially to the wine, Port and Rum Caroni casks. These are the barrels we mainly used to create Mansueto 2024. The intense amber colour is accompanied by rich aromas of ripe fruit such as figs and plums, with touches of honey and sweet spices. On the palate, we find layers of caramel and vanilla, enriched by notes of oak, cocoa and a slight roastiness. The finish is long, harmonious, with the ever-present final spicy touch that warms and stands out even more than in other vintages, making this vintage unique for its structure, balance and power.
