No foam forms in the glass. Not a single bit. The aroma shows whisky, honey, caramel, plum and raisin. Creating a warm and sweetleaning first impression. The mouthfeel is completely uncarbonated. It might be intentional, but it does feel a bit distracting. Other reviewers seem to have experienced the same flatness. A touch of carbonation would have helped, as this style usually benefits from it. Fortunately, the body isn’t thin. It comes across as sweet, smooth and pleasantly easy to drink. The flavour brings out barrel character, whisky, sweetness, toffee, dried fruits, plum, raisin, oak and honey. The aftertaste follows the same direction. It is sweet and warming, and the taste of dried fruits lingers for a long time, supported by a gentle honeyed note. Overall this is a very enjoyable beer. The unfortunate lack of carbonation holds it back slightly. Without that flaw it would be even better. __________________ Lasiin ei muodostu yhtään vaahtoa. Ei yhtään. Tuoksussa on viskiä, hunajaa, karamellia, luumua ja rusinaa. Suutuntuma: Täysin hiilihapoton. Liekkö tarkoituksella, mutta vähän kyllä häiritsee. Arvioiden perusteella myös muilla tämä on ollut flatti. Olisi hyötynyt, jos olisi ollut maltillisesti hiilihappoja, kuten näissä yleensä on. Suutuntuma ei onneksi ole ohut. Lisäksi se on makea, pehmeä ja kivan helposti juotavaa. Maussa on tynnyriä, viskiä, makeutta, toffeeta, kuivattuja hedelmiä, luumua, rusinaa, tammea ja hunajaa. Jälkimaku on makea ja lämmittävä. Suuhun jää pitkäksi aikaa pyörimään kuivattujen hedelmien maku, jota täydentää hunajaisuus. Oikein miellyttävä nautiskelujuoma, jossa tosiaan tuo yksi harmillinen virhe. Ilman sitä olisi vielä parempi.

🆕 Neu in dieser App: Crak 🇮🇹 stellt das Guerilla Celebration 2025 vor. Das Guerilla Style IPA mit 5,8% hat kurzlebigen Schaum, der schnell zum Teppich wird. Das pfirsichgelbe IPA bringt feinste Tropic-Aromen in die Nase und ist gustatorisch IPA-typisch gehopft, bleibt in Sachen Frucht und Charakter allerdings etwas zurückhaltend. Trinkbar, nix Besonderes, mir etwas zu wässrig.

🆕 Neu in diese App kommt mit dem Panda Raid ein Guerilla Style IPA der italienischen Brauerei Crak 🇮🇹 mit 5,8%. Zwar geht dem ins ocker und Orangefarbene abdriftendem Trunk der Schaum schnell abhanden, doch olfaktorisch bietet er mit schöner Citrusnote einen erfrischenden Eindruck. Spritzig und mit spürbarer Zeste zu Beginn, verflacht die Komplexität zusehends und geht eher so lala im Abgang nieder. Hätte ich mir bisschen mehr erwartet.
