Nyt on tujun tuoksuista tavaraa... Maussa (vaahtera)siirappisuutta, alkoholi ei juuri maistu läpi. Maussa on kahvin, kaakaon ja katkeron kaltaisia makuja. Yllättävän hyvä vahvuisekseen.

Vaahterasiirappia, tynnyriä, paahdetta, suklaata, öljyisyyttä ja makeutta. Todella makea, mutta ei mennyt liian rajuksi. Tynnyröinti toi pehmeyttä ja tasapainoa. (2+8+4+8+16=38) 3,8

Service noir, liquoreux sans mousse. On sent bien le sirop d’érable. Il y a également du café et du chocolat. Mais il y a beaucoup de sucre, trop à mon goût, dommage ça avait bien commencé…
