This "liquid brownie batter" was aged exclusively in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels and finished out at a mighty 14% ABV.
Each barrel of this milestone vintage saw multiple additions of Madagascar vanilla, ultimately aging with two full pounds of vanilla beans over the course of a year. Familiar flavors of bourbon-soaked cookie dough, coveted corner pieces of brownie, and decadent caramel meld together with beautiful barrel tones and a present-but-pleasant alcohol heat.
