We have to pace ourselves. Beer number 6 on this flight of eight. Heavily roasted malt bringing dry coffee. I find just a hint of bittersweetness and then it's gone. No change as it slides into the finish giving you the same consistency throughout. For this category of beer, Irish dry style, I think they did a pretty good job.
