I had never heard of ROTT. before, but Giraffe 🦒 is one of my favourite coffee roasters and they suddenly had this colab stout. As expected it has a 120+ EBC and a beige, short-lived head. The carbonation is limpid. Somehow the aroma reminds me of roasted coconut 🥥. The beer is thick and creamy. On the one hand there could have been more coffee in it. On the other hand it is a very tasty and mildly complex beer with lovely milk sweetness.
