Tumma, lähes musta olut lasissa. Parin sormenpaksu maitokahvin värinen tiivis vaahtohattu. Tuoksussa paahdetta, tummaa suklaata, kahvia ja hieman karamellia. Maun puolella paahdettua mallasta, suklaisuutta, mustaa kahvia ja hienovaraista sokerisuutta. Suutuntuma toisaalta kermainen, mutta kuitenkin köykäinen.
