Lucid, pale amber beer with fizzy carbonation builds a whipped-creamy, off-white head that reaches one finger. The foamy lid melts soon down to a thin layer of frogspawn adorning the top. The retreating foam leaves nothing on the wall of the glass. The fragrance is nil -- probably due to the well chilled temperature. The taste portrays thin pale malt with (surprise!) almost decent hops. The body is skinny. The beer finishes relatively quickly with pale malt and restrained hops. The mouthfeel is watery, bulky standard, clean and refreshing.
