This beer was brewed for Bodø's 200 year anniversary as a city status. It was bishop Mathias Bonsak Krogh who fought his was way to get Bodø the status of township in Northern Norway.

Bodø 2016 is an India Pale Ale with a lot of citrusy notes to it. It smells of orange and tangerine. A good combination between sweet and hoppy bitter. It tastes of pale malt, orange and tangerine. It is has a light foggy orange, yellow colour with a texture between oily and watery.
